ANNUAL FUNDRAISER - SATURDAY JUNE 14TH 10AM - 3PM


Committees
Each committee shall have one chairperson responsible for monthly reports to the Board of Directors.

Membership...maintaining member records, updating database, sending tags, drafting notices for communication w/members.

Fundraising...planing and executing our yearly major event, soliciting sponsors and donations.

Groundskeeping...mowing, trimming, raking and shoveling park grounds as needed. Maintenance of shed and equipment. Removal of trash.

Communications...create and publish a monthly newsletter. Maintain and update website. Create and distribute press releases as needed.
